Adding More Seats
If your intake has grown, you can buy extra student places without waiting for your renewal.
What happens
Extra seats are added to your existing membership and run to your current expiry date. You are not starting a second subscription, and you are not paying for time you already have.
The new total applies across the whole membership straight away, so any class can use the space.
How to do it
- Go to the Classes page.
- In the membership panel at the top, choose the option to add seats.
- Enter how many extra places you need.
- Complete the checkout.
How many do you need?
Check what you are actually using first, because it is usually fewer than your registers suggest. A pupil in two of your classes uses one seat, not two. See Student Seats.
It is also worth removing pupils who have left before you buy. A leaver holds their seat until they are removed from every class in the membership.
If you are not sure
Ask before you buy. If you are close to your limit and unsure whether to add seats or rearrange classes between memberships, get in touch and we will look at the numbers with you.
Screens in these guides use a demonstration account, so your own school name, courses and dates will be different.
