Adding New Courses & Spaces to a Membership
Modifying an existing membership to add additional student spaces or additional courses can only be completed by the teacher that purchased the original membership.
In the class manager, this teacher will see an "Edit" link next to the membership title. Click on this link to be taken to the membership's overview page.
On the membership's overview page you'll see the Modify Membership button on the top right-hand side. Select this and you'll be able to either select the Add Seats or Add Courses option.
Adding Seats
If you select the Add Seats option, you'll be taken to the product page which will be pre-filled with the courses on the membership and the membership title. Simply enter the number of additional student spaces you require. Then simply add the purchase to your basket and complete checkout.
There is no minimum number of students that need to be added and the cost is pro-rated for the length of time you have left on your membership.
Adding Courses
If you select the Add Courses option, you'll be taken to the product page which will be pre-filled with the number of students on the membership and the membership title. Simply add the additional courses you require. Then simply add the purchase to your basket and complete checkout.
The cost of adding these courses is pro-rated for the length of time you have left on your membership.
