Downloading Your Resources

If you've purchased some of KnowItAll Ninja's downloadable in-class teaching resources, you'll want to download these resources and get started with using them in lesson.

Finding Your Downloads

At the top right-hand side of your screen you'll see your username. Hover over this and select the My Profile link.

In the profile area, select the Downloads option from the left-side menu.

Here you'll see the downloads for the products you have purchased.

What if Your Downloads Are Missing?

If you are a certain you've purchased a downloadable product but they aren't listed in the downloads area of your profile, this is likely due to another member of staff having completed the purchase.

Resources will only be available for download by the person who completed the purchase, so you'll need these login details to access them.

If you are certain they should be attributed to your account please contact us with the details of the purchase and we'll be happy to provide support.
